Orgasm may be considered the best gift to women from evolution. However, there seems to be no biological significance to female orgasm. It isn’t necessary either for coitus or for conception. This
appears to be one good reason why most female animals don’t have orgasm.

So, we human beings are not only intelligent but also sensual.

Orgasm is pure pleasure, ultimate thrill and ecstasy. But there’s hardly any need to focus on its merits,so let’s discuss its possible dangers. No doubt orgasm is a miracle,so let’s treat it as a miracle and believe in it. Because believing is exatly what it takes for a miracle to happen.

Danger 1. Excessive eagerness to be “normal”.

Not so long ago,say a hundred years back or so,science didn’t believe in female orgasm. It was
treated with ultimate suspicion. Female orgasm was believed to be a prerogative of hysteric women and nymphomaniacs. Today the world seems to be taking the opposite extreme position: if you ever visited certain internet forums, you must have heard some lady complaining about her boyfriend accusing her of being frigid simply because she doesn’t come each and every time she has sex with him.

Orgasm is often used as a sort of benchmark for measuring a woman’s sexuality. For determining if a woman is sexually full-fledged. Why this happens is another matter altogether, for now let’s just focus on the criteria used for this sort of assessment.

How long is female orgasm?

a) 1.7 sec
b) 4-6 sec
c) 7 sec
d) 6-10 sec
e) 12 sec
f) 20-30 sec

What type lasts longer?

a) male
b) female
c) both last the same length of time

How common is orgasm in women?
Never had any orgastic sensations:

a) 70% of women
b) 37%
c) 30%
d) 25%
e) 17%

They may seem like quiz questions, but they are not. They are just findings of some surveys conducted in the recent past. Clearly, the figures differ so much, there is no way to come to any definite conclusions.

Also, it remains a mystery:

- what percentage of women experience orgasm on a regualar basis and the proportion of those who have it occassionally rather than regularly;

- another mystery is whether orgasm is caused mostly by coitus or masturbation accounts for most of its cases;

- it’s not yet clear how common is vaginal orgasm, how rare is orgasm that women experience in sleep and, finally, spontaneous orgasm that may happen as a direct result of panic…

Good news! That means there is no “norm”, no benchmark against which to measure your sexuality. But if you feel that you must fit neatly into some category, than it’s up to you to choose a set of criteria for assessing your own performance.

Danger 2. Fighting for achieving a vaginal orgasm

The shortcut to orgasm is stimulating a clitoris. For most women this way of achieving an orgasm is the only one there is. A large proportion of women never have a vaginal orgasm,so they find it extremely hard to be satisfied during an intercourse. By the way,to purposefully learn to have a vaginal orgasm is virtually impossible.

However, there are some techniques aimed at strengthening vagina’s muscles and improving blood circulation in the tissues. Using them can be helpful in developing sensitivity. Sometimes it makes sense to achieve a pre-orgastic state stimulating clitoris and then switching to vaginal stimulation to try and have a vaginal orgasm. Vaginal orgasm is known to come spontaneously after a women has a baby. Unfortunately, there are no methods for achieving a vaginal orgasm that guarantee success simply because you use them regularly.

So, it may have good sense to keep using your reliable ways to achieve sexual satisfaction rather than fall over yourself to have a vaginal orgasm.

Some men may not like the idea, though. Due to some purely physiological explanatons, sexual gratification and orgasm for men are one and the same thing. Even though they seem to understand intellectually that women are altogether different creatures, they inevitably fall short of understanding it on an emotional level.

Driven by good intentions ,men often overdo it trying to bring their sexual partners to orgasm at all costs. It’s kind of hard for a woman to come if she is full aware that she is expected to come no matter what. This sort of race often leads to women simulating orgastic experience just to ‘live up’ to the partner’s expectations.

Danger 3. Masturbation

Masturbation doesn’t cause mental disorders. On the whole, masturbation is good. Practising it, we do away with any sexual tension, which is a positive thing especially if we don’t have a steady partner. Even if we do have one, sometimes we masturbate anyway because, for example,we can’t
have them round at all times.

Masturbation helps us get a better insight into how our own bodies work.It is helpful in gettig to know our own sensuality. Last but not least, the sensations are just great.

Unfortunately, there is a flip side to masturbation. There is a danger for women who started masturbating at an early age and at the time didn’t associate the sensations with making love and with the outer sex organs, thinking that the source of pleasure was in their legs (young girls often masturbate by tightening muscles in their legs).

Another sort of women who may face a danger are those whose first sexual experience was very negative in that they submitted to persuasions from their boyfriends who had no other feelings for them but lust.In such cases orgasm is associated with masturbation but not with sex. This type of
women often find it hard to experience orgasm during a sexual intercourse. Trying to achieve an orgasm during sex stops them from concentrating on sensations leading to orgasm.

We can spend time trying to achieve something that may not be achievable no matter how hard we try. We may become frustrated if some techniques for achieving orgasm don’t work. Alternatively, we can be happy that other techniques are effective and enjoy our sex life.

If you have a partner and if your partner has a penis and two hands (with five fingers on each), plus you have a shower and quite a few vibrators, then you have everything you need and, please, don’t let your imagination limit you in any way!

Throughout the human history female orgasm seems to be almost mystical thing like aliens from the Mars today. Nobody knows does it exist and how to make it. But during the last century the Western civilization opened the great sexual heritage of India and China, the interest in the female orgasm became the question to study. There are some simple truths about female orgasm to remember.

The first truth: woman can’t be sexually aroused like a man. Male person could be aroused just by touching genitals, women need more attention to other parts of her body. Kissing, neck nuzzling, tender touching is good way. You can start to work more active, only when she is ready to open. Vagina seems to be very sensitive too, but it’s sensitive too much to start making love with it. Be attentive to your partner to start together.

The second truth: point to stimulate. There are two ways for women to reach the orgasm: clitoris and vagina. Usually woman can get the orgasm by one of them. The most get the orgasm through clitoral stimulation, which requires man to use hands, not only penis. Usually the clitoris is extremely sensitive, especially the pointed tip. Tip touching may be painful, so try to pay attention to the sides. Sometimes it’s better to use more tongue than hands, because the clitoris is really tender for men’s hands.

The third truth: individualism. There is not the woman near you. It’s a Woman. She is the First and the Last for you. So try to find something, which is really driving her wild and do it again and again. Don’t change anything like the speed, intensity or way to touch. From time to time you can try to find something new, but don’t change the main point of your love game.

The fourth truth: sensitivity. The most sensitive part of a woman’s vagina is the first inch to two inches of the vaginal canal. The penis size is said to mean nothing for getting orgasm, and this point of view is the most popular now. The practice says that female orgasm depends only on the man’s skills and will to give the pleasure to his woman.

The fifth truth: all about a g-spot. The g-spot seems to be the most mystical part of female orgasm. It is usually found on the first two inches of the vaginal canal, on the front side. Man can stimulate it by one or two fingers. But it is necessary to remember one thing: before the g-spot orgasm woman can feel the wish to urinate. In the most cases it’s not the true wish, but just the signal of coming orgasm.
